Interpretation

[Drain] and watercourse shall have the meanings assigned to such words respectively by The Land Drainage Act 1904

Land Drainage Act 1908 [Full Act]

Interpretation

[Drain] includes every passage, natural watercourse, or channel on or under ground through which water flows continuously or otherwise, except a navigable river, but does not include a water race as defined in section 58 hereof

Interpretation

[Drain] means every passage, natural or artificial watercourse, or channel above or under the ground through which water flows continuously or otherwise except a navigable river
