Interpretation

Wildlife] means any animal that is living in a wild state; and includes any such animal or egg or offspring of any such animal held or hatched or born in captivity, whether pursuant to an authority granted under this Act or otherwise; but does not include any animals of any species specified in Schedule
6 to this Act (being animals that are wild animals subject to the Wild Animal Control Act 1977)
