Transfer of electors between electorates
If the Registrar who receives the advice referred to in subsection (1) is the Registrar of the electoral district in which the elector now resides (the [new Registrar]), the new Registrar must inform the Registrar of the electoral district in respect of which the elector is registered (the old Registrar) of that information.
